    So I heard that the 3 day is the worst, and I didn’t believe until yesterday. I though I will do it without any problem because I wasn’t that sore. But when I started th dvd oh boy I was so wrong, I had to keep telling me during the whole workout “you can do it, it doesn’t hurt”. So yeah my conclusion the 3 day its the worst. 

    I didn’t post this yesterday because I started doing the exersice at 11:00pm so when I finished I was so tired that I took a shower and went to bed. Today its my day 4  and I don’t know if I going to post today or tomorrow  my day 4 experice and intake, but if you are interest stay tuned.

    I just finished day 2, I’m super tired, but today I keep up better than yesterday. I’m exicited for day 3. I weight myself this morning and my weight hasn’t change a bit 119.2 lbs just like yesterday morning.

    Intake: I couldn’t take pictures of my lunch and since I woke up late didn’t snack today.

    Breakfast

    Lunch: This was my lunch today, i forgot to took a picture of it so I’m posting one from the internet so you guys know what I ate. I just had 1 though, but I know it not that healthy maybe fro 300 to 400 calories just 1.

    Haven’t had dinner yet, so as soon as i eat dinner I’ll post a picture. But I’m not hungry at all and it is 6:47pm, I don’t want to eat so late, so maybe I’ll have some snack later.

    So today I decided to start the 30 Day Shred dvd of Jillian  Michaels, after a lot of good reviews I read here on tumblr and on other diet forums.

    I just did Day 1 and it wans’t that bad, I’m super lazy but since I have been doing Zumba every now and then, it wasn’t that difficult to start. But it’s kind of hard while doing it because you can’t stop.

    I hope this work and I can see a body transformation in my before and after pictures. (which I will post on my last day)

    My stats

    height—> 5’2” 3/4

                  159 cm

    weight—> 119.2lbs

                   54 kilos

    BMI—> 21.24

    Tomorrow I will post my measurements 

    So if you’re doing the 30 day Shred or if you want to do it, I’ll try to post every day how my workout went and my daily intake so stay tune =D
